Westchester County Health Department requires one person in the operation be equipped with a food protection certification, called Servsafe. In fact, it is called Food Safety Manager’s. The course is offered here by Westchester Food Safety. We offer this course in a quick one-day training and testing session. We are an approved accredited food protection provider. The Health Department requires that during operating hours, there must be at least one person at any given time with a certificate.
