Hi, my name is Frank Madaio am the owner of Westchester Food Safety, I offer live ServSafe Food Safety Manager’s classes and will bring them directly to you, great for your staff. Health Dept. required and approved. Great for CT & NY.
We have several options to consider, and please call me so we can discus thanks
1. ServSafe Manager’s Certification:
Live ServSafe Manager’s Course. The course lasts 4.5 hours, there will be an extensive exam review, followed by the exam session. Students are allowed up to 2 hours for the exam.
7 hours total is needed start to finish at your location.
The course itself is in English. English and Spanish study guides can be sent to the students prior to the course date, it is always a good idea to pre-study before the actual live course but not mandatory. A practice test will also be included.
For the Spanish speakers, upon request I will email an online course in Spanish. The course is password protected and expires after the course has been taken. This is a great way to put the two languages and concepts together. This course has been recently created and is very good. Students must have either a laptop or tablet such as an iPad or similar device for tests.
All exams are final, it is a pass or fail exam.
2. Online ServSafe Blended Learning Option:
This course can be done for groups who want to self-study on their time and take an intensive live exam review followed by the live exam. English or Spanish options are available.
Students will receive the video links; they must watch at least one week prior to live exam review & testing. Students need 4-5 hours to complete the online course.
I will come to your location give an intensive exam review, which can be done in English and Spanish. 3 hours are needed on site at your location. Students are allowed up to 2 hours for the exam. Students must have either a laptop or tablet such as an iPad or similar device for tests.
3. Food Handlers Class:
Live Food Handler’s Course. 2-4 hours.Up to 20 Students. Price varies. This course option will be customed tailored to your needs. This is a great option that will help your staff members understand food safety concepts and practices.
